New Life-Sized Action Figure of R2-D2 Coming Soon to the San Diego Comic-Con!
Rebelscum.com reports that both Sideshowtoy.com and Nerdist.com, are hosting a new giveaway contest for a brand new Life-Sized action figure of everyone’s favorite astromech droid R2-D2 at the San Diego Comic-Con!
Here are the details of this new upcoming life-sized figure:
Sideshow’s new collectable Star Wars droid is their most accurate life-size yet. The dome spins to promote different display options, lights up, and beeps screen-accurate boops.
There’s a themed remote hidden in a secret compartment (help me, Sideshow Collectibles — you’re our only hope!) and a base that calls back to the deck of the Millennium Falcon.
The figure retails at over $6k, so you know it’s legit! The life-size R2-D2 will make its debut this Wednesday at Sideshow’s booth #1929 on the Comic-Con convention floor.

Looks like DisneyStore.com has debuted a brand new 6 1/2″ Force Awakens Elite Series action figure of Finn the rogue Stormtrooper (also known as FN-2187 if you recall)! This new Elite Series figure costs $24.95.

Jeditemplearchives.com reports that coming soon to Force Friday this year will be a pre-order of a brand new 6″ Black Series action figure of Jyn Eros (from Rogue One)!

New 1/6th scale Vehicle Model Toy of Rey’s Speeder from Hot Toys is revealed!
Rebelscum.com reports that the Hot Toys toymakers in Hong Kong are starting production on a brand new 1/6th scale vehicle model toy of Rey’s Jakku Land Speeder for the San Diego Comic-Con!
The release date for when this new model toy vehicle isn’t set yet but I will update. Also there will be a gallery of images of this 1/6th scale vehicle toy in the San Diego Comic-Con coverage this week so make sure to stay tuned Star Wars fans!
