New Rogue One Imperial Deathtrooper Armor Kit available for pre-order on Anovos.com

Looks like Anovos has also begun another pre-order for a Rogue One themed Imperial Deathtrooper armor kit costume! This kit costs $900 (!) and is expected to ship in Spring 2018.

According to the details:

• Costume is designed to fit a person that is between 5 ft. 10 in to 6 ft. 2 in (1.7 to 1.9 meters) in height, with an ectomorphic/mesomorphic body type (see chart below).
• Armor pieces are made of UV-protected black ABS plastic, flexible and cast rigid urethane, and fiberglass.
• Death Trooper helmet available separately.
• Soft goods including undersuit, neck seal, shoulder guards, boot spats, and gloves to be available separately.
• Other accessories including pauldron, ammo pouch, and chest rig to be available separately.
• Boots and blaster are not included.
• Armor components require trimming, clean-up and physical assembly.
• Basic instructions for assembly will be made available as PDF download.
• Snaps, strapping, and hook and loop materials are included for mounting of armor pieces.
• Tools, paint, and glue not included.
• Decal sheet included.

Force Awakens Luke Skywalker Life-Size Lego Statue Coming Soon to the San Diego Comic Con!

Jedinews.co.uk reports that coming soon to the San Diego Comic Con this weekend, will be a life-sized Lego statue of Luke Skywalker from the Force Awakens (tip of the hat to Starwarsunderworld.com)!

Here’s what Lego had to say about the statue:

“The brickmeisters have emptied their bins and constructed this massive, life-size version of Luke Skywalker in his Jedi finery, as seen in the closing moments of Star Wars: The Force Awakens — and at the beginning of this December’s The Last Jedi — to dazzle visitors of San Diego Comic-Con.

Technically, Lego Luke is larger than life. The model, complete with robotic hand, stands over 6 feet tall; Mark Hamill tops out at 5-foot-9.

Lego’s “Master Builders” spent 277 hours designing and assembling this statue, using a whopping 36,743 bricks in the process. Luke is one of several giant figures populating the Lego booth at Comic-Con, which runs Thursday through Sunday.”
