Star Wars Rebels 2nd season press conference of Potenital live-action crossovers
Starwars7news.com, reported that since after the reveal of Sarah Michelle Geller’s role as the Seventh Sister (which I previously blogged about), a press conference was recently held to discuss the future of Star Wars Rebels and a possibility of the characters from the show coming out in a live-action movie!

New teaser trailer for the new Boba Fett anthology movie
Great news! A new Star Wars trailer from YouTube indicates that the infamous B0ba Fett, who was thought to have been dead after being eaten by Sarlaacin The Return of the Jedi, has somehow made a daring escape and is switching sides with the Rebellion.
In a new teaser trailer shown on both YouTube and on a official Star Wars Instagram account, Finn turns on Anakin’s old lightsaber that Luke had lost on the Cloud city during his duel with Vader after Kylo Ren turned on his cross-guard lightsaber.

When I saw the trailer, I thought: Are Finn and Kylo Ren going to battle each other in a lightsaber duel? Will Finn survive this duel? Has he even had any Jedi training?
Entertainment weekly kicked off speculation on the origin of the new villain in The Force Awakens movie, Kylo Ren. The magazine hints that Ren is not his real name and that “we may soon find out who his parents are”.
Ew.com says that Ren seems to be a “Vader obsessive, with an appearance influenced by that dark lord of the Sith who met his demise long before Ren’s birth”.
So here is my speculation of what Kylo Ren might be.
Is Kylo Ren the son of Emperor Palpatine (a.k.a Darth Sidious)? After all who killed the Emperor? That would be an obvious reason for his Vader obsession and that can explain why he’s after Luke and Leia because they are Vader’s (Anakin’s) children.
Could Ren be the child of either Luke or Leia? If Luke is his dad, there could be some classic father/son issues-there is a familiar George Lucas pattern of son vs. father. If he is Han & Leia’s child, he might be rebelling (no pun intended) against his parents’ politics.
Finally, he might be the offspring of a high-ranking Imperial leader. His obsession could be similar to #1 above.
New Rebel B-Wing fighter from Star Wars Rebels TV series revealed
Remember the A-Wing fighters from Return of the Jedi? Meet the new generation of these fighters, thanks to a book cover revealed by jedi-bibliothek.de. The book, Star Wars Rebels: Rebels Attack Rules, shows a new kind of fighter that will be used in the second season of the Star Wars Rebels TV series—the B-Wing fighter.

Compare this photo to the one at the top. This is another confirmation that the B-Wing is a key element in the series because of the evolution of this craft.
